Recycling Ripoff?

 
 
   Well that didn't take long! We will have to do a report first to see if the city is ripping off it's army of blue boxers or if lazy citizens who toss recycling coin of the realm ( read refundables) away, continue to fill the city coffers with a curbside windfall.
 
    That's if the Blue Box Bandits don't grab the cities stash first.
 
     What's a mayor to do? All this recycling ranting the very week of the Dave Bronconnier photo op delivering the last of the Blue Boxes to Northeast Calgary homes. ( Good Morning citizen, here's your blue box whether you want it or not, that will be 8 dollars please...)
 
    So in the meantime the City will continue to encourage you to recycle, reduce and reuse, but refuse to tell you exactly what the deal is.
