Private Limited Partnership Offering:
These are the 4th and 5th seniors residences being developed by Eldercare in Alberta. Others have been completed with similar ownership structure and are fully operational now. Approximate 3 year term: investors retain ownership/equity even after full repayment of their principal and interest. LP ownership earns dividends on equity from that point on until limited partnership[ is dissolved or properties are sold. Investors then receive the created value of their equity ownership plus their share of mortgage principal reduction. Cash Investment Only: this is a private offering for Accredited Investors as defined by the Alberta Securities Commission. Not RRSP eligible. Opportunity limited to a maximum of 45 individuals.
