What a difference a year makes. It's not just the eighty pound loss. It's the gain in energy. It's the jacked up attitude, the open mindedness that comes from understanding that if I have been wrong for so many years seeing myself as a fat person, what else might I have been wrong about? Greater physical activity which has been brought about by a body that is more than 30 percent lighter has brought about far more mental activity. Most important to my friends is the sense of humor I was known for before I started piling on a lot of weight ten years ago.
