A group of baffled looking tourists' jaws hit the floor when Rafter Six Ranch owner David Cowley rode his horse Spencer into the Calgary Tower, and took the elevator up to the observation deck where he posed for photos.
Cowley has been doing this for eleven years now, and everybody loves it.
