An Alberta court has been told to expect a guilty plea from a man accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a teenage girl.
Gerard John Baumgarte is due in court Tuesday in Red Deer where he's expected to plead guity to six charges.
The crown and defence are still working out an agreed statement of facts in the case and have not said which charges Baumgarte will plead guilty to.
Baumgarte was charged after a 16-year-old girl from Penhold, Alberta was allegedly abducted while on her way to a store last February.
