A plane carrying the body of the latest Canadian soldier to die in Afghanistan arrived at CFB Trenton, Ontario, Tuesday afternoon.
24-year-old Sapper Steven Marshall of Calgary was killed Friday when a roadside bomb exploded near Kandahar City.
Marshall was based in Edmonton, and was the 133rd Canadian soldier to die during the Afghan mission.
Marshall's body was taken along the highway of heroes to Toronto to the Coroner's office.
The street was lined with people, including a group of reservists, who saluted as the hearse drove by.
