Two men have been arrested and charged after they were observed breaking into unoccupied homes and construction trailers along Skyview Springs N.E, around 11pm Thursday.
When they were arrested, police found break and enter tools in their possession, and say evidence also linked them to a separate incident at the same location a one month earlier.
Since July, there have been over forty cases of break and enters in new and developing communities, and police credit increased police presence and awareness by builders and residents for Thursday night's arrests.
