A 41-year-old dad from Rocky Mountain House has been charged in relation to that fatal shooting of a teen involving a pen gun.
It was back on September 7th when the boy was in a car with another teen when the gun went off.
He was rushed to hospital, but later died.
The man facing charges, including criminal negligence causing death and careless use of a prohibited device, is the father of the surviving teen.
