The provincial Energy minister says amendments to Bill 50 introduced Thursday will deal with costs, public interest, locations and timelines.

Knight says one of the big issues was the long term cost of the power transmission lines.
Knight says the amendments will deal with only four transmission projects with a total cost under $4.5 billion.
