City police are investigating after a couple of suspicious packages were found in the Rundlehorn area.
Police were called around 7:15 Saturday morning after reports of gunshots... on arrival, officers were directed to a suspicious device in a large parking lot between two apartment complexes.
The device appeared to be an explosive device that had detonated.
All of the apartment units facing the parking lot were evacuated.
A second device was located close to the scene and this device was also detonated.
Police say it appears this was a targeted attack.
