A house on Cliff Street S.W. is being demolished after the foundation at the rear of the home gave way Monday afternoon.
The fire department says the home, which was apparently undergoing renovations, is a safety hazard.
Neighbours on either side have been evacuated.
Despite four people being inside at the time of the collapse, no one was hurt.
