Downtown Calgary looked more like Regina West Friday, as hundreds of Saskatchewan Roughrider fans converged on Stephen Avenue to take in Grey Cup Festival events.
The entire street is blocked to traffic all weekend, with party tents.
A concert stage is set up at Olympic Plaza, and "hospitality rooms" for most of the CFL teams are open at a variety of venues downtown.
The Grey Cup Parade is set for Saturday at 11 a.m.
It will start at 6th Avenue SW and Macleod Trail, run down 6th Avenue to 2nd Street SW, onto 9th Avenue and wind up at Olympic Plaza.
All parade road closures will be in effect until 1 p.m. Saturday.
