A noted Calgary forensic psychiatrist is now facing 20 more sexual assault charges. An initial charge was laid March 23rd following allegations from one of 71 year old Dr. Aubrey Levin's long-term patients. Publicity surrounding that charge prompted numerous other people to come forward, and after a 4 month investigation, the police sex crimes unit identified 20 additional complainants who alleged they were sexually assaulted by Levin during counseling sessions or court-ordered visits. As a result, 20 additional charges of sexual assault have been made, bringing to 21 the total number of complainants and charges against Levin.
